Each tablet provides:

Ox Bile Powdered Extract 130mg, Pancreatin Powdered Extract (4x) 130mg
(equivalent to 520mg of pancreatin, contains milk), Aspergillus Oryzae Diastase 65mg, Betaine HC 65mg, Papain 32mg, Pepsin Extract (contains milk) 30mg (equivalent to 100mg pepsin), Powdered Peppermint Leaf (mentha piperita) 25mg
 
Also contains: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin.

As a food supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet, with each main meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
