Lifestream V-Omega 3 is derived from marine microalgae, the original source of EPA and DHA.  This guarantees a vegetarian, sustainable product, free from fish, mercury and contaminants. 

Each Capsule Provides:

Microalgae oil (Schizochytrium sp) 801mg
   Extract quiv. DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) 250mg
   Extract equiv. EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) 125mg
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 2.5mcg (100IU)

Also Contains: Sunflower lecithin, rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherols.

This product is vegan and free from dairy, gluten and wheat.

Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily with food.
