Each 5ml of this certified organic product contains:

 
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dry root extract 5ml derived from 2.5g dry root in a base of purified water and ethanol.
 
Contains no: Artifical flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.

Adults and Children over 12 years take: 5ml up to 3 times daily, or for sleep support 5-10ml in the evening.
 
Children 6-12 years take: 1.5 - 2.5ml up to 3 times daily, or for sleep support 1.5-5ml in the evening.
 
Directions: Dilute in 30ml of water or juice, and drink immediately.
