standardized to 30% total kavalactones

Other ingredients: Cellulose, capsule (gelatin, water), vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide

Take 1 capsule with a meal twice daily
Bedtime dose: Take 1–2 capsules 30 minutes prior to bed
