Enjoy Nuzest's protein packed gluten free pancakes. A wonderful treat for a weekend brunch or a great way to boost your protein.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup gluten free oatbran
- 1 egg + 1 egg white
- ½ banana
- 1 scoop of Nuzest Clean Lean Protein in Smooth Vanilla ( or Rich Chocolate )
- Cinnamon (as desired)
- 1 tsp gluten free baking powder
- Coconut water (as much as you need to make it into a smooth dough)
- 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder (optional)
- Oil for cooking (I use Tanna Farms Coconut Oil)
- Any fruit you like for toppings
Method
If you have a blender or food processor, mix all the ingredients together to a smooth liquid pancake mixture. Otherwise mash the banana with a fork and add the eggs in. Then add oatbran, Clean Lean Protein, cinnamon, baking powder and coconut water. Heat a non-stick pan and add the oil. Add 1.5 Tbsp of the mixture into the pan. Top with fruit or honey or anything you like. Enjoy 🙂
